When high precision machinery requires active vibration isolation as well as ultra-fine levelling, Dynemech's DMAS - membrane air spring system delivers unmatched performance, because engineers have designed the DMAS system through advanced pneumatic technology, the system accurately levels at 3 points as it uses three master pneumatic isolators, plus it is ideal for sensitive applications where accuracy, stability and vibration control are not been modified.

 

Each air isolator has a self-levelling plunger mechanism that senses the load of the machine which adjusts the height accordingly, and this ensures a balanced and stable base. This load system response is supported through a smart air pressure system, which includes a regulator, distributor and non-return valve, so the system is fully equipped for quick, clean installation. You all just need is a supply of dry, clean air to get started this.

 

The aluminium body of the DMAS is very light weight. The same body is also very strong. The isolator has two chambers and a load volume that supports the load and a damping volume that absorbs the vibrations. Manual valves enable changes reaching up to 20% for damping to customise the system to the needs.

 

The load is reinforced elastomeric diaphragm that is a built-in safety valve to protect against over inflation. For ultimate precision levelling, an external nut bolt on the plunger provides manual adjustment by rotating with that nut boult. The levelling accuracy is available for your application. It can be ± 0.015 mm or ± 0.15 mm.

 

DMAS gives vibration isolation that is better suited for laboratories. It is also perfect for high-speed CNC and metrology equipment due to its natural range of frequency of 2.5-3 Hz.
