Anti-Vibration Machine Mounts-Dynemech Systems Pvt. Ltd.

 

Dynemes Wedge Mounts Series DB is designed for machines which require precision leveling along with vibration reduction and are desired to be firmly mounted with the isolator or machines with high axial thrust and do require any anchoring to the floor.

Dynemech offers a solution in the form of CNC Anti-Vibration Machine Mounts. These mounts serve a dual purpose by providing anti-vibration capabilities and facilitating precise leveling for various CNC machining centers, turning centers, CNC grinding machines, and other precision machine tools.

One key feature is our wedge mounts, which simplify the set up procedure. Machines may be set up as freestanding units, resting over the anti-skid plate of these wedge mounts, eliminating the want for bolting. Levelling without problems executed by using adjusting the side screw, which slides the center wedge between the top and bottom wedges.

Moreover in  addition to enhance vibration management, each mount is supplied with an insulation plate at its base, designed especially for vibration damping. These mounts are available in various sizes, tailored to the bearing load and range of mounting factors of the machinery ensuring most suitable performance.

 

These mounts provide 2 holes on the top plate of the wedge. The bolt which is supplied as a standard accessory with these wedge mounts can be fixed in any of these two holes. While installing the machine, the bolt can be fixed in the hole which makes sure that most of the wedge mount is covered by the leg/base of the machine.
